I based this weekend’s plans on having gone to Wolfes Neck a week from now last year, and seeing the bluebead lilies had already gone by. Who knew I had to take into account one of the coolest springs we’d had in a while for my plans. Oh well. There’s always next year. At least I know they’re there.
